he MSRRC is a project within the Human Development Institute (HDI), a University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities, Education, Research and Service. HDI focuses its efforts on improving lifelong opportunities and services for individuals with disabilities, their families and the community.

Part B State Directors Forum
February 20-21, 2013 in Berea, KY
State Directors from the MSRRC region convene twice a year to identify and discuss regional needs and issues. This forum also provides an opportunity for sharing improvement strategies across states.

Part C/619 Early Childhood Forum
March 4-5, 2013 in Berea, KY
State Part C/619 Early Childhood coordinators from the MSRRC region convene yearly to identify and discuss regional needs and issues. The forum also provides an opportunity for sharing improvement strategies across states.

MSRRC Staff Retreat
April 25-26, 2013 in Lexington, KY
This retreat serves as the centers yearly planning and professional development activity for project staff and leadership. Each year strategic priorities are set, previous activities reviewed, and professional development activities are provided.

Building Shared Capacity Collaborative
May 30th - April 1st, 2013 in Washington, DC

Collaborative activity between MSRRC and SERRC
The Building Shared Capacity Collaborative exists to develop and implement an integrated technical assistance (TA) system that capitalizes on the expertise and resources of the individual RCCs, the RRCs, and other technical assistance providers to support states in their efforts to improve education outcomes for all students.
