This regional meeting will focus on topics of high interest and priority to the Part C Coordinators in the Region 1 states including FERPA, fiscal issues, quality services, use of informed clinical opinion, RDA, and more.
Legal and Regulatory Forum
May 2-3, 2013 in Portland, ME
This three day meeting is an opportunity for part B SEA legal, policy, and monitoring staff to come together to discuss current and emerging issues related to due process, dispute resolution, compliance, monitoring, and the SPP/APR. State sharing topics are generated in advance by the participants who bring resources, forms, and other documents to share. National legal updates are provided by NERRC legal staff.
