The Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) is dedicated to improving results for infants, toddlers, children and youth with disabilities ages birth through 21.  The department supports states in the  administration of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) which was reauthorized in 2004.

OSEP's Technical Assistance and Dissemination Network
