GOALS for the Pacific Response to Intervention (RtI) / Integrated Service Delivery (ISD) Initiative:

To promote partnerships between general and special education that will help to integrate programs and services to educate ALL students.

To promote the adoption of an effective system of tiered interventions that will improve service delivery for all students in the Pacific entities. This system must have individual jurisdiction commitment, be implemented with fidelity, and be long-term.
